Polish–Russian War of 1792

Result Russian victory

Russia invaded the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth to overturn the Constitution of 3 May 1791, in support of the Targowica Confederation. King Stanisław August joined the confederation, and the war led to the Second Partition of Poland.
