Al Gore
Albert Arnold Gore Jr. (born 1948) is an American former politician, businessman, and environmentalist who served as the 45th vice president of the United States from 1993 to 2001 under President Bill Clinton. A Democrat, he previously represented Tennessee in the U.S. House of Representatives (1977–1985) and the U.S. Senate (1985–1993). He was the Democratic nominee in the 2000 presidential election, losing to Republican George W. Bush.
