Antony Blinken

Antony John Blinken (born 1962) is an American lawyer and diplomat who served as the 71st United States secretary of state from 2021 to 2025. He previously served as deputy national security advisor (2013–2015) and deputy secretary of state (2015–2017) under President Barack Obama, and as national security advisor to Vice President Joe Biden (2009–2013). During the Clinton administration he served in the State Department and on the National Security Council.
