Polish–Lithuanian War

The Polish-Lithuanian War was an undeclared conflict from May 1919 to 29 November 1920 between newly independent Lithuania and Poland, centered on the Vilnius and Suwalki regions. Both states claimed Vilnius as their capital, and the war overlapped with the wider Polish-Soviet War. Poland retained control of Vilnius and its region at the war's end.
